As reported by NPR, Forbes, Reuters and many others, Eric Maddox is the Executive Director of Open Roads Media and the Founder and producer of Virtual Dinner Guest Project. He completed his undergraduate studies in Philosophy and Classic Literature and his MA in International Conflict Transformation.

After completing his graduate field research in the West Bank, Eric set up the very first Virtual Dinner Guest Project in Mexico in 2011.
